Brief Answer:
Headache can be normal most of the times
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
Children get the same types of headaches adults do, including tension headaches, migraines, and sinus headaches.
Can you tell me some more details associated with fever or not, when they happen, how long they last, unilateral or bilateral, with nausea and vomiting, blood pressure readings?
As it is very difficult to come to a conclusion without knowing all the above history do follow up to me with your reply.
Happy to help you.

Brief Answer:
sinusinitis can be the reason.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
Recurrent Sinusitis can be the reason in your case.
I suggest you to go for mucus culture, nasal endoscopy (see below), X-rays, EEG, allergy testing, CT scan of the sinuses, or blood work after consulting the doctor.
And complete the antibiotic course after consulting with your doctor if bacterial infection is found.
Surgery is the best option for chronic sinusitis or acute sinusitis that keeps coming back. The surgeon can remove blockages and enlarge the sinus passages, making it easier for them to drain.
Hope i helped you.
