Hi
Thanks for your query.
These symptoms can be seen in a stomach infection or it can also be a side effect of the medicines that you are taking. I need more information about your symptoms and drug intake, so that I am better able to help you.
For how long have you been taking these medicines?
Have you experienced similar symptoms before also?
Do you have any other symptoms like fever, diarhea, etc?
What have you tried till now?
Waiting for your response.

I have read your details
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for posting the details.
The dizziness and vomiting is either a mild viral infection of the stomach or it is side effect of Wellbutrin. You may withdraw Wellbutrin to see if it gets better. Consult the prescribing doctor before discontinuing any medicine.
Headache can have many causes. Most commonly either it is stress, mental health condition or side effect of some medicine. Many medicines can cause headache. A headache diary may help in which you note down the time of headaches and any correlation that you may think is relevant. The neurologist may advise imaging of brain to rule out space occupying lesions.

Hi
To know the difference between being sick, having a side effect and having a bad interaction is mostly done by correlating a few points. Sickness for example a viral disappears in a few days irrespective of change in medicines. Side effect disappears within 2 weeks of discontinuing the medicine, though some side effects may last longer. A bad interaction is mostly an increase or decrease in effect of a medicine due to another medicine. These interactions are mostly known to pharmacists and doctors and they tend to avoid such combinations. For example if a drug effect is getting increased after taking another medicine and the patient is having toxic effects because of it, then it is a bad interaction.
Low fever and neck pain are part of viral. Mostly virals affect throat along with stomach. Unless you get other alarming symptoms of infection like inability to move the neck, high fever, etc, we may not be alarmed by it. Though you may visit a physician to get examined for neck rigidity etc. Since you have not taken Wellbutrin today, let us see if you get better or not. In case of repeat vomiting take pedialyte or gatorade for oral rehydration.
Hope it helps.
