Question: Dear Doctor, I have just cured of "drug resistant TB". Due to medication and use of
aminoglycoside injections , there is hearing loss and tinnitus too.
Kindly advise the best unani medicine for the same.

1. Since ADR (adverse drug reaction) of streptomycin is OTOTOXIC (tinnitus, giiddiness,vertigo) thus treatment and management will depend upon the existing viable auditory hair cells, thus first step is to check with an E.N.T. Specialist and Audiometry test, till then start with

. Injection Neurobion (vitamin B complex):
1 ampule I/M daily on alternate days
. Tabley Stemetil: 5 mg thrice daily.

2. You may ask for XXXXXXX Ashshifa 500 (unani medicine) for the same.
