Brief Answer:
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome
I appreciate your concern
TMJ first line treatment is with NSAIDS, Muscle relaxants, tricyclic antidepressants and sedatives.
If the above don't lead to significant symptomatic relief then physical therapy and bite guards may also be rested to.
In severe cases arthocentesis and local intra articular steroids can be done. As a last option repair or replacement of the joint surgically can be advised if the pain is persistent and there is a definite anatomical issue associated with the joint.

You answer was about TMJ my question was regarding closed ear
Brief Answer:
Explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Hearing loss should be evaluated via audiometry. If there is a blocked ear with buzzing or tinnitus then the ear should be examined for build up of hardened wax or a possible infection. Eustachian tube dysfunction secondary to a deviated nasal septum can also lead to such a blocked ear with tinnitus. An ENT consultation would be preferable in this regard to assess the cause and manage accordingly.

Hello again.
The TMJ is unlikely to precipitate the buzzing. Its more commonly related to Eustachian tube abnormality.
For a definite clinical diagnosis , you can take a second opinion from a maxillofacial surgeon and an ENT doctor to examine the area and advise accordingly.
