Brief Answer:
Seems like side effects..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query and I will try my level best to resolve it..

As per your complain the symptoms of anxiety and heart racing can be a side effect of Percocet that contains active ingredient Acetaminophen and Oxycodone.

So please avoid taking Percocet again to prevent the symptoms from recurring..

For pain relief you can take other painkillers like Ibuprofen or Ketorolac after consulting an Emergency room or a local Physician.

I would also suggest you to consult a Dentist soon so that he can clinically examine your tooth and take an x ray to rule out the exact cause of pain..
If the tooth is decayed then he can add antibiotics along with painkillers and also advise treatment of tooth for permanent resolution.

Please write back for further queries..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
