Question: What causes heatwave vision and see your pulse in your vision?
Also eyes feel like they have a little pressure and blurry eyesight

I have seen a ophthalmologist and nothing was found

It seems from the history that you are having blurring of vision, pressure in the eyes
and pulsating vision.
Since the eye examination by ophthalmologist is normal it rules out causes from the eye.
We need to rule out other causes like migraine, tension headache...
