What Causes Heavy Menstrual Flow With Blood Clots Postpartum?

Question: As i remember , after i gave birth the first time i had a big clump of blood clot that came down on the third day,that weigh maybe 3 ozs, 3in x 3in n bloody nose that had a long clot an inch an half long, should i be checking with my hematologist?

Is the pulse of the carotid artery stronger on the left side?
