Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
HCG persisting 11 weeks after a pregnancy is rare.
Please get a blood HCG test done to know the real scenario.
Having had a period, it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant.
Only a blood test and ultrasound scan will clarify.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.

I guess I was wondering if it was possible that I had become pregnant since my period (which finished about 2.5 weeks ago. My husband and I have had unprotected since). If not, what might be causing this scenario?
Brief Answer:
As below
Detailed Answer:
It is likely, if you had unprotected sex.
But it would not show up on a urine test after 2.5 weeks.
If not pregnancy, the tests might be faulty.
Why not take a blood test or wait until your next period is due, and take a reliable urine pregnancy test.
Take care.
