Brief Answer:
this is not pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello and please do not worry so much,

Since there was no penetration these is no chance of having a pregnancy. Also you had undergarments on, semen was not discharged and also you took the I pill and had a period after that. So there is absolutely no chance of pregnancy with this. The period is delayed because of the pill.

The back pain may be due to anxiety, indication of coming period, due to a urine infection or stone or any other abdominal cause.

Pregnancy mostly causes nausea, vomiting, lethargy, increased urination etc and all these signs are not specific for pregnancy and may occur in many other conditions.

In your case, with the above history, there is no chance of pregnancy so please do not worry at all.

Hope this satisfies your query.

Brief Answer:
periods rule out pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,

Yes having periods after I pill means no pregnancy. So please do not worry. Even if the semen passed through your undergarments it is unlikely for the sperms to reach upto the tubes and still remain alive. They are not designed to survive in such hostile conditions. Also you had a period so no worries.

Take care.
