Brief Answer:
She needs to be evaluated by a gynecologist immediately.

Detailed Answer:
Hi!
I appreciate your concern for your beloved wife.

Sorry to know that she is having this amount of bleeding, if the bleeding continues or if she develops other concerning symptoms she should be taken to ER immediately for proper assessment by a gynecologist to rule out other causes of bleeding.

This is an abnormal type of bleeding which might have resulted from the hormonal imbalance or dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Since she has been bleeding profusely she needs to have immediate care in the form of IV fluids, blood transfusion or packed cells and medicines like Tranexamic acid which is useful in heavy bleeding.

Hope the suggestion given above could help you in getting her treatment very soon.

Best regards.
