Brief Answer:
Spasmodic Dysmenorrhea? Dr XXXXXXX Consultant at KGH.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your query and concern.

You seem to have Moderate degree of spasmodic dysmenorrhea.

This is usually secondary to the intake of OC pills.

The side effects are predominantly common in many women in the initial 6 months of use.

These menstrual irregularities and cramps will settle in the due course of time.

I advise you to have an ultrasound of the pelvis to rule out any uterine pathology.

Meanwhile drugs like Mefenamic acid 250 mg twice a day.

You can consult Dr XXXXXXX ,an eminent gynecologist at KG hospital.

The IVF services are available at XXXXXXX Gen Hospital.

Also services are available at Krishna's IVF.

Thank you.
