Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Hemifacial spasm is managed by medications and botox injection.
Drugs like pacitane and clonazepam can be tried in increasing tolerable doses for effect.
If the symptoms are not controlled, then botox can be tried.
Botox injection are applied over the involved area of face and is safe and effective.
