Brief Answer:
Vasovagal syncope probable.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.

The most common cause for such symptoms is a vasovagal syncope which is due to an excessive fall in heart rate and blood pressure. It may happen in the presence of triggers such as fear and emotional distress, fatigue and standing for a long time, heat exposure, the sight of blood etc, it is a form of overreaction of the body.

In itself it is completely benign and treatment is usually not necessary. In order to exclude other causes though such as heart related (arrhythmia) or metabolic abnormalities it is recommended to have some routine tests such as EKG, heart ultrasound, blood tests like blood count, glucose, electrolytes, thyroid function.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
