What Causes Hyper Pigmented Patches On The Cheeks?
My mother has developed black patches on both her cheeks in the area next to the eyes(top of cheeks) . She applied skin lite cream for 3 weeks and then switched to clearz plus. When she was applying skin lite the patches disappeared and came back when she stopped. Please suggest what to do. Should we continue skin lite for more time
My mother is getting two dark patches on her face- one on each side ..on top of cheeks. She started applying skin lite cream and it disappeared in 15 days. She then stopped using the cream after a total of 4 weeks and switched to Clearz Plus. Now her dark patches are back to exactly how they were before using skin lite. Please suggest if she should continue using skinlite

Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. I would request you to upload an image of the patches which will help me to better understand the situation. However, based on what I understand currently, my suggestions would be:
* Ask her to mix yoghurt and lemon juice and apply on her face.
* Tomato pulp: The pulp of tomatoes contains lycopene which actually acts as good sun protecting factor, one can apply this pulp on skin and leave for 20 minutes to let skin get rid of its patches and then she can just rinse it off with normal water.
* Potato juice can also help, one can just use it with a drop of lemon.
* Egg white with honey pack: This recipe is excellent for de-tanning the skin and making it firm.
* Curd and besan: A very quick and easy recipe to cleanse the skin and remove dead layer and tanning as well. One can use fuller earth as well with some XXXXXXX water. Alternatively besan, milk, masoor dal powder, lemon juice and pinch of turmeric can be used. Apply this pack on affected area and leave for 15 minutes and rinse with fresh water.
Let me know if I could of further assistance.

Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached images. Indeed it is due to tanning. The steps that I have already mentioned, would provide relief. I do not think any medicine would be necessary. I would not insist continuing skin lite cream.
