Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can understand your concern here.

There are three possible causes of your pain.

-Mittelschmerze
-PMS pain
-Early pregnancy symptom

But before giving my opinion, I want some details about pain, its situation and associated symptoms, etc., so I will be able to give a better opinion to you.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Good luck.

Brief Answer:
The pain may be due to PMS or an early symptom of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Nice to hear from you once again.

With your description, the pain can be due to an early symptom of pregnancy or due to PMS.

So you have to wait for your period.

Your symptoms are most probably due to hormonal changes.

Hope it is useful.

Good luck
