What Causes Inability To Retract Foreskin Of Penis?

Question: hi this is XXXXXXX 27 years old here .. i m unable to open my foreskin of my penis n my XXXXXXX wouldnot come outside ..due to this i m unable to put penis inside the vagina.. kindly suggest me the solution for this problem...

When the problem is such that you are not able to pull back the foreskin and unable to put penis inside vagina, the only option remains is to go for circumcision under general or spinal anesthesia.

Please do not consider anything else, just go for it.
