Brief Answer:
just wait unless it's causing serious symptoms

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

some forms of NyQuil contain antihistamines and decongestants. Both of them may cause tachycardia as a side effect. In most cases this is a harmless and self-limited effect which will get better as the effect of those drugs wears off. If you don't have any serious symptoms like shortness of breath, hypotension, etc and no prior history of heart disease then you can just wait.

If you've taking too many of them (against dosage indications) then you should visit the local emergency room as soon as possible.
