Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. There are a number of causes for lower stomach/abdominal pain. I would be in a better position to guide you if you answer following questions:
1. Does pain aggravate with food intake?
2. Is there history of constipation or diarrhea?
3. Any history of burning micturation?
4. Any other symptom that you want to share?
5. Did you take any specific medication for pain?

I will be looking forward for the answers to conclude the discussion in the best interest of yours.
Thank You

Brief Answer:
Could be Recurrent IBS pain

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I'm extremely sorry for using medical terminology. I meant that do you feel burning sensation while urinating. Your answers are suggesting following probable causes(can be further ruled out on the basis of investigations):

1. Mal-digestion
2. Recurrent pain due to IBS
3. Pelvic Inflammatory disease

As you are already taking a number of medications and still pain is increasing in intensity so I would recommend you to visit hospital where above mentioned conditions can be ruled out by undergoing some investigations like ultrasound abdomen/pelvis, CBC & urine complete examination. Aspirin can sometimes also exaggerate abdominal pain. I would not recommend medication at the moment because it will mask the pain and it would be difficult for examining doctors to reach a conclusive diagnosis. Meanwhile take lots of fluids because diarrhea causes dehydration which further aggravates the problem.

AVOID(they will aggravate diarrhea):
- Fatty Food
- Dairy Products
- Artificial sweeteners

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
