What Causes Inflamed Swelling Around Anus After Treatment Of Vaginal Infection?

I've also tested negative for hsv2. I did some walking today and I'm guessing that is what made these develop. It's very painful and feels like my skin is recovering from being burned or sand paper is being rubbed against my skin.
I've also been using proctosol as my doctor thought I might have an anal fissue or hemorrhoids.
Any suggestions on what's going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms
Thanks for providing clinical photograph. From the history of pain and clinical appearance it is likely to be Perianal abscess .
I would suggest you the following which will definitely help
1. Hot Seitz bath : To a tub of lukewarm water add 2 spoons of antiseptic solution/Epsom salt . Sit in it for 15 to 20 minutes each session thrice a day.
The warm water will relieve the pain and muscle spasm
2. Analgesic like Ibuprofen will be helpful to relieve pain
3. Oral antibiotics in consultation with your Physician
4. Local application of local anaesthetic ointment will help relieve pain.
Do keep me updated about the progress. Do let me know if you need any further assistance, will be available round to clock to assist you.
Wishing you a very happy and healthy life.
Take care
Best regards
