What Causes Inflamed Vein In Penis?

Question: i have an inflamed vein in my penis. Painful during intercourse.

1. Is there any red line running across the length of penis? This could suggest inflamed vein
2. Is there any cord like hardened structure running across length of penis?
3. Is there any recent change in curvature of penis while it gets erect?
4. Is there any pain in non erect state?

No red line, but a hard vein running the length of the top of the penis, and around under the head. No other changes. Minor tenderness when not erect.

Greetings its likely to be thrombosed vein if its running along the length of penis and feels cord like on palpating it.

I would suggest you the following which will definitely help

1. Hot Seitz bath: To a tub of lukewarm water add handfull of common table salt. Sit in it for 15-20 minutes twice a day
2. Local application of Heparin Ointment after bath will be beneficial
3. Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen will be helpful to reduce inflammation.
