Brief Answer:
ATTACH ONE IMAGE OF THAT AREA (IF POSSIBLE).
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
If inflation is NOT associated with swelling/ pain or doesn't look abnormal, then it may be due to physiological changes or excessive exercise. You need one clinical examination to your doctor for confirmation.
However, you can attach or upload a clear image of that area (if possible) for further comment on your query and to assist you better.
Waiting for your response.

Brief Answer:
DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for uploading your image.
It may be FATTY PUBIC AREA due to excessive exercise. However, we need to rule out INGUINAL HERNIA in this context.
Therefore, I suggest to proceed one clinical examination to pinpoint the diagnosis. It will be more helpful for you.
Wish your good health and take care yourself. Kindly, close the discussion.
