What Causes Intermittent Burping After Having Food?
1. too much of burp (from mouth) : its happening for past 2months and its intermittent. generally hapens after eating food. i visited few doctors and they did sonography test, bool test but nothing was there. only Hemoglobene was little less. They also gave few medicine but even now i have gas and uneasiness in upper wall of chest. I visited Chest specilist and he told everyhting is fine and gave gas related tablets but after completing the course. i have the same issue. i may feel its related to my daily diet and lack of physical exercise. so i started it for past 2-3 days. please advise how to avoid andget rid of it, possible without medicince.
2. Another problem is that, somtimes i feel pain in my back neck and its comes from neck through arm and then to ring,pink and sometime middle finger. is also intermittent and sometimes hppen in right or left arm. Also due to this i get anxiety problem and not able to get over with it. i visited heart doctor for this as well and he asked for x-ray of neck but nothing was found. due to above problem somtime at night i feel shortness of breath, heart bit like anything, and feel like collapsing and body ache and also it feel i am having a heart attack. it feels like i am going to fall down now. i explained all this to doctor and he said, i am thinking somthing as my BP/heart etc is fine. this happens couple of times in a week. initially it used to happen in Months but now its happening a bit often. particularly when my husband is away. i am not sure if both of above issue is related or not but i need some advise on what shall i do.

So to say, you have missed the specialist whom you should have shown, as we will discuss both of your problems.
1.Burp - 2 months - after food - USG & blood tests normal - except low hemoglobin - gases and uneasiness in the upper chest wall - Chest Specialist - no relief - started exercises 3 days ago and wants to know avoid and get rid of the problems possibly ''without medicines''
Well, to discuss further:
-These are the symptoms of GERD and you should have Consulted the Gastroenterologist (you missed this).
- If you want to get well without medicines,
*you have to control the stress and anxiety.
*Adopt to the diet / fluids which do not instigate or increase the present problem; as by this time you must have noticed and listed all the foods and beverages that increase burping and upper chest wall pain.
* Our ultimate aim is to get alright and I would suggest you the following:
I would advise the following in such a patient:
Zantac / Ranitidine 12 hourly.
Pepcid every 3 to 4 hours when on empty stomach.
Add Domperidone or such motility regulators.
Soft bland diet.
No aerated colas / soda/ drinks.
Early dinner. No late nights.
Treatment for anxiety (as prescribed / needs a prescription by your Doctor)
Lying in a reclining position
Walk around after dinner.
Think of the factors which increased the present problem, GERD, anxiety and try to avoid.
If no relief, get Upper GI endoscopy done and get prescription for added Medicines.
EKG for the heart n a safer side to rule out cardiac problems. (You have already visited a Heart Doctor).
This helps all my patients and should help you hopefully.
2. Another problem - pain in back of neck > arm > fingers - X-ray normal - shortness of the breath at night - Anxiety - not able to get over it - Heart Doctor - X-ray of the neck - feel like collapsing and body ache - happening a bit often and particularly when husband is away -
* Here too you should have consulted the Orthopedic Surgeon and gone for MRI of the Neck; as MRI shows better findings than the plain X-ray.
Yes, both the things are related and you have noted the reason yourself.
Stress and anxiety if the main reason and ask your Doctor to give medicines accordingly.
-Ask your husband to be at home everyday.
-Try meditation, Yoga, relaxation exercises.
- Get engaged into recreational hobbies you like the most.

I do not think you need to visit Heart Doctor.
Putting hand under the head as a pillow should not cause any pain in the fingers.
Why do you want to avoid EKG and MRI of the neck. You have symptoms and should be confirmed or ruled out.
Heart problems: the symptoms are severe chest pain, sweating , ghabrahat, pain goes to left arm.
God has fortunately given females the less chances of having heart problems than the males and you are young, so do not worry about this.

1. The anxiety problem starts like this. Eat > Too many bups > Ghabrahat > Shortness of breath. then somtimes i go to loo/motion and it becomes fine.
2. As i started little bit of exercise in the morning and when i do it, i feel slight pain in right hand and little bin in Chest. i am hoping its because i started exercise and might be muscle pain and somthing not to worry about.
Also Doctor has asked not to lie down for atleast 1hr after eating and has given gas and spondylitis realted medicine for next 10 days.
Do you advise anything apart from above?
