Question: Hi my name is XXXXXXX I am 39 yrs old I have light blue veins on my chest and arms and I am having some pain in my arms and have a cough that is coming on off and on I also have blue veins and reddish in my left leg and the bottom of my foot is sore it hurts when I walk can you please help me is this normal or is it serious

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your veins are normal unless these are painful. For left foot soreness you are advised to take rest , analgesic such as ibuprofen and keep foot elevated on pillow. You can get x ray of it to rule out bony pathology. I wanted to know since how many days you are having this soreness? Does recently you had long distance walk or long dancing etc which can stress your foot.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.
