What Causes Intermittent Hives On The Body?

Question: I need to speak to a surgeon or infectious disease specialist. I am having a severe rash with a possible infection with it. The rash comes and goes. (hives). Beefore I go i nto my case. I woild like to be assigned one ASAP. XXXXXXX XXXX
