Question: Off and on chest strain on the lefts side. Left arm tingles alittle. Left side of my face feels warm

Thanks for posting your query on HCM.

Your symptoms as mentioned by you do not point towards anything very serious or pertain to any system in particular.

It could be some musculoskeletal discomfort.

However i will suggest that you atleast get a chest xray and a cervical spine xray done. You should also get your heart checked. Because sometimes these kind of symptoms may come in heart problem or due to chnges in cervical spine though you are rather young to have a heart ailment or cervical spondylosis.
