Brief Answer:
Possibility of other autonomic headache should be considered

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Such a character of headache with short duration is a bit uncommon for migraine patients and other diagnosis of primary headache like cluster headache or Short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache with conjunctival injection and tearing, or SUNCT should be considered.

Are you having any autonomic features like , redness of eyes, nasal stuffiness, conjunctival injections , stabbing pain character, night awakening due to pain.
Are you having multiple episodes in a day too.

I will advice you to consult a neurologist and get evaluated. You can try migraine drugs for some time and avoid sudden change of temperature or extremes of temperature.
If non responsive then drugs like lamotrigine, verapamil or indomethacin may be tried after consultation with your treating neurologist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
