What Causes Intermittent Stabbing Pain Under Right Breast?
Question: Could intermittent stabbing pain under right breast have anything to do with my heart?

It is not typical heart ralated pain, and you should know that heart related pain is not located in right side of chest.
More probably this pain is related to osteoporosis or back problems. Take Ibuprofen 400 mg to relieve the pain, if it disturbs you much, refer to your doctor to evaluate the condition of your spine and revise the treatment for osteoporosis.
