What Causes Irregular Heart Beats?

My description would be as follows
Detailed Answer:
Greetings and welcome to HCM. I understand your concerns. Thank you for your question.
Well, it is clear from the prior tests that there is nothing to be worried about, and I am mainly referring to holter rhythm registration, which would absolutely "pick up" the premature contractions if there would be any of them. Now, premature contractions are considered normal when found in rare times a day, as they can happen to every single one of us. I am not saying that you are not feeling them, I believe you do. But, whatever it would be, it would have been caught on the 48-hour registration. Measuring your arm pulse is not reliable to conclude if you have arrhythmia or not, because, due to the physiological change of pulse pressures in the wrist artery during inspiration-expiration cycle, the pulse may sometimes not be perceived and, therefore, labelled as "arrhythmia", "heart stop" etc. These phenomena, even if they are there in small amounts, may be due to high psychological stress you are experiencing by this, clearly, worrisome event to you. Since all the above mentioned tests are normal, then gas accumulation in the stomach may rather be the cause, not the consequence, of the premature beats (accumulation of gas in stomach presses against the diaphragm and may elevate the within-ribcage presurre which, in turn, may cause premature beats). Everything seen in the tests and everything perceived by you, I think they are normal events of everyday life and would recommend you that there is nothing to be worried about.
I hope I was helpful and thorough with my answer. I am happy to help, if you have follow-up questions.
Best regards,
Dr. Meriton

Espumisan
Detailed Answer:
Hi again and welcome back.
Well, for the issue of abdominal bloating and gases, I would recommend you to not consume high-wheat food and not lie down for 90 minutes after you have eaten. Also, Espumisan tablet, for a one week course, is helpful in abdominal bloating.
If the premature contractions are depicted in your report, I would recommend nothing, as they may be found in any healthy adult. Since these are stress-driven phenomena in your case, I would recommend low-dose propranolol 10 mg a day, which will help you relieve the stress.
I hope my follow-up is helpful.
Kindly, if you do not have further questions, close the discussion and rate the answer.
Best regards,
Dr. Meriton
