Question: Hi Dr., I am suffering frm heavy bleeding post pregnancy.I underwent C-sec 2mnths back n hv got my chumps day before wherein I am experiencing heavy bleeding.Pls suggest.

Yes it is common to have irregular and heavy periods after delivery.
But if the bleeding is very heavy then take tablet tranexemic acid three times a day till bleeding stops.
In general there is nothing to worry

It takes time for tissues to revert back.
You can do sit ups and squats along with aerobics by downloading some good videos from Internet.
Also try to avoid high calorie and junk food as much as possible.

Coconut oil helps at times

There are practically no creams which help in stretch marks so don't expect such results.
Only a few people say that coconut oil helps a little but frankly I haven't seen any improvement with any cream so far.
Apply coconut oil still so that even if anything goes well we have something to peg upon.
