What Causes Irregular Periods With Weakness And Pain In Lower Pelvic Area?

perimenopausal symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
After reading your complaints I would suggest you a pelvic ultrasound via transvaginal route to see for endometrial thickness and testing for hormones viz FSH, Serum estradiol, AMH and TSH.
In my opinion most probably you are having perimenopausal symptoms and these tests will help in supporting this diagnosis.
These are though disturbing but not serious so don't be anxious and visit your doctor as per schedule.
Till then you should drink a lot of water and avoid hot and humid places.
Lessen your intake of caffeine and eat lots of salads and fruits.
Include nuts especially walnuts in your daily diet and increase intake of soy proteins.
Take care. In case you have other questions you can contact me directly on http://bit.ly/drmanishajain

Thank you for your response. I have not had hot flashes or night sweats, I don't have mood swings, either. The swelling in my abdomen and exhaustion, and cramping are quite sudden, as is the full feeling and the nausea. I was concerned about Ovarian Cancer, as I show most of the symptoms. My grandmother had uterine cancer and female problems run in my family. I do not drink any sodas or coffee and eat mostly vegan/raw. I also drink close to 3 quarts of water a day. I eat lots of almonds. If these things are cause for concern, I would like to know, and I will get to the doctor today; if not, I can wait until my appointment tomorrow.
wait till your appointment
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, well that's an important history that you have had cancer patients in family but I would still be in favor of perimenopausal symptoms as first diagnosis.
2nd most important differential diagnosis is uterine cancer as there is a family history and history of ovarian cysts along with intermittent bleeding.
Keeping both these diagnosis in mind I had advised you ultrasound and hormone testing.
Visit your doctor at scheduled time and let him examine you and then go for all the tests advised by him along with these.
In my opinion there is no need to rush to hospital today itself for sure.
Wish you all the best.
