I've noticed that my anus have been feeling irritated. I took this picture. What could this be? At one point I was putting either baby powder in my pants and deodorant. Could that be related to this?

Here's the picture
Brief Answer:
I suggest a possibility of Mucosal Lichen Planus
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I have reviewed the Image.
I can see a white, lacy pattern/ streaks and a few violaceous lesions on the neighboring skin.
This looks very similar to Lichen Planus (anal mucosa).
Lichen planus is an itchy skin condition.
There may be involvement of various mucosal surfaces as well like oral mucosa, anal as well as genital mucosa.
Skin lesions are usually violaceous/ purple, itchy, shiny lesions whereas mucosal lesions are white, lacy, reticular in morphology.
I would like to know more from you regarding the query.
-Do you have itchy, violaceous lesions elsewhere on body? Oral mucosa? Or on skin?
Treatment is with topical potent steroid cream, twice daily.
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide symptomatic relief from itching.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate prescription
Regards

I don't have any itchy skin anywhere else on my body. Could this be from me rubbing deodorant down there? And I have some of that cream left over from when I had jock itch a couple of months ago. It was prescribed. Should I use that and then follow up with a doctor?
Brief Answer:
May use a topical that contains a steroid content.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I don't think a deodorant would be responsible for it.
A topical steroid would certainly help in Lichen planus. Therefore, if the cream that was prescribed for jock itch contains a topical steroid too in addition to antifungal, you may use it for now.

Thanks so much. One more question, if possible. What do you think this is on my second picture? I'm 21 and I've had them since I could renember. I first noticed them at 12 years old. Are they sonething that can go away or are they permanent? (The bumps)
Brief Answer:
Either blocked glands or keratin cysts
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
You seem circumcised, right? and these bumps are right on the stitch line and most likely are nothing but accumulated glandular secretions due obstruction to glandular opening Or may be are just keratin cysts/ Secondary Milia.
They are not of significance and can be ignored. They can be removed with a CO 2 Laser vaporization or cautery.
