What Causes Itching And Red Spots On Legs, Hips, Back And Abdomen?

Question: my wife had a shingles vaccine about 10 days ago. She has developed itching and red spots on her legs, hips, back and abdomen. She went to a walk-in clinic last Friday and was prescribed Hydroxyzine 25 mg one every six hours. Her spots are increasing but the itching has partially subsided. The concern is the spots are increasing.

It is looking like allergic reaction.
It's good that she is taking anti histamine.
Ask her to apply calasoft lotion twice daily.
This will give her immediate relief.
