Question: I am 74 male, experiencing itching on sholders ,hips and palms in evening time for about onr hour. Reasons and remefy?

This is non specific symptom and is common at this age due to some laxity and dry skin producing itching on any part of body.
There are few common causes which might give rise this problem like diabetes, thyroid.
So go for testing blood sugar and thyroid function test to rule out Diabetes and Hypothyroidism.
Apply moisturizing body lotion on affected parts.
Take plenty of water.
Take medicine like Benadryl or levo-cetrizine to get symptomatic relief from itching.
Take vitamin A and multivitamin supplements for nourishing skin.
Avoid more salty and sour food.
