What Causes Itching Sensation Of Penis And Fatigue After Protected Sex?

Brief Answer:
Condoms are protective but may not perfect
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
If you used a condom properly, it is unlikely to have caught an std, especially not HIV. the symptoms that you are describing are not symptoms of HIV either, so I really don't think you need to be concerned about that. However, other std's can cause pain and discomfort in the penis, so it would be a good idea to get tested to make sure you didn't get something else.
Though condoms are protective, they are not perfect, especially if you didn't wear it the whole time.
I hope this helps, please let me know if you have any more questions.

Brief Answer:
It is understandable that you are concerned
Detailed Answer:
there is of course no way to change what happened in the past. however, we are all human beings, and especially when it comes to sex, we all make mistakes and do things we regret. it was very responsible of you to use a condom, and you should be happy that you did that, and rather than focus on the past, you should e thinking about how to better behave in the future.
I don't think you have any std's based on what you are telling me, but you still should get tested. any doctor or clinic can do it, and no one need to know that you got tested. then you can be reassured that you have no std's and just be careful in the future. it won't help to make yourself crazy over things that can't be changed.
I wish you the best, and hope that you can get past this. please let me know if you still need my help.

Brief Answer:
I undertand
Detailed Answer:
it is good that you got the test, and that it was negative. however, you are correct that it may be too soon for the test to show HIV. but remember that there are many much more common causes for a swollen lymph node in the neck. many routine viruses and infections and even the common cold can do that.
no one can relieve your fear except for yourself. the chances of HIV re extremely small. don't let this ruin your life. just learn your lesson and move forward. repeat the test in six months and when it is negative you can rest assured. good luck!
