Insect bite hypersensitivity
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.
It's looking like insect bite hypersensitivity.
It's an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with topical steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week and antihistamine tablet daily in night for the same duration.
These are usually available over the counter.
Try it you will get relieved.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Okay, but how could it be explained that we as parents get the same bumbs after a week and several other kids had the same hypersensivity. Also what we think is different that these bumbs started at her groins and after days spread out over the rest of the body. Seems not the bites it selfs?
Brief Answer:
Papular urticaria
Detailed Answer:
Hello
It is called as papular urticaria.
It's an allergic reaction to insect bite or contact with insect.
In other words the insect might have come in contact with any part of body but reaction appears all over.
How fast an allergic reaction will occur varies from person to person.
Just relax.
Try cortisone and antihistamines.
This should help you.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
