What Causes Itchy Bumps Along With Creamy White Discharge In The Vaginal Area?

Question: I just recently came from vacation back home in Ga and I went to my Obgyn for a check up. I told him about my previous problems. He did a test for STDs and they all came back negative. Now that I've come back to work, in Afghanistan, these bumps have appeared. They are painful only when touched or rubbed by my clothing. I haven't had sex in months so I'm not sure why this is happening. I have no other symptoms like burning or itching. But as you can see in the picture there is a creamy white discharge. I just recently stopped my depo provera birth control so I'm not sure of this is just a symptom.
Brief Answer:
White discharge can be a normal finding.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks once again for writing to us.
I can understand your concern here.
In the normal menstrual cycle discharge may vary in colour and quantity.
As in your case the white discharge is not connected with any odour and itching, it can be a normal physiological variation.
Equally I am unable to see your recent image of a bump can you please upload it again?
If it look like previous images then it can be most probably a hair follicle infection.
Please just let me know about Hoping to hear from you.
Regards

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Most probably a bartholin cyst.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I'm sorry for the delay in my response.
I have seen your attached pictures and in my opinions it is most probably a bartholin gland cyst.
(infection of bartholin gland).
Treatment of cyst depends upon it's symptoms.
-Sitz bath is helpful in its drainage.
-Sometimes it requires surgical drainage by the doctor, if it becomes enlarged and cause symptoms.
-Antibiotics and pain killer required, when it becomes infected.
In your case as it is not having any symptoms sitz bath is helpful.
Maintain the area XXXXXXX dry and use cotton undergarments.
Hope it is useful.
