Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Helo dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
These are not bumps and most likely just hypertrophied vaginal rougae which are common in later months of pregnancy.
I would like to know if there is severe itching or tenderness in these bumps or any urinary discomfort?
Waiting for response.
Regards
Dr Manisha

Brief Answer:
No treatment needed
Detailed Answer:
Sorry for the delay in response.
These bumps need no treatment and will regress by themselves after delivery in 3-6 weeks.
I understand the cosmetic issue involved but any treatment is neither needed not performed in pregnancy.
It is very common and will be fine soon.
Take care
