What Causes Itchy Foreskin And Smelly Whitish Discharge From The Penis?

Question: am having a bit itchy foreskin, and having the white smelly layer around my penis head and inner foreskin.. tried to wash it in the shower with soap, and think i might ve damaged a bit of inner foreskin aswell. it was irritating after i washed it and checked after shower, in inner foreskin,,it looks like bit of foreskin came out like how the lipskin comes out when its shedding... and tat white layer is keep forming.. and i have had a little painful cuts in my foreskin
I dont feel pain when it is in normal state but when errected that pains me litle bit.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely yeast (fungal) infection. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area as it can increase the irritation. Use warm water for washing. Excess washing is also not entertained.
You can use anti fungal ointments or creams containing anti fungal agents like Miconazole and corticosteroids like hydrocortisone for local application. This is available as over the counter in brands like daktarin or daktacort. Other over the counter anti fungal topical medication available like terbinafine (Lamisil) is also good. One to two weeks application is needed. Keep the area dry. Use loose underwear. Avoid underwear while sleeping.

This is not a serious thing. Due to accumulation of smegma and moisture fungal infection is more possible in that area. Topical anti fungal preparations are usually effective for this also. So nothing to worry.
