What should i do?
Brief Answer:
Looks like mild eczema , take treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
It is not really normal for a freckle to be itchy or have burning sensation .
Sometimes the overlying or the surrounding skin can be slightly eczematous and this can lead to altered sensation.
Apply a mild topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected area twice a day for three days .
The burning sensation should settle down in three to four days ,however if it still tends to persist or increase , see a nearby doctor or preferably a dermatologist for proper assessment.

Thank you very much for your help. I have now just recently found out that the "freckle" have ruptured and it bleeding?
should I just not bother with the topical steriord cream and take him to the local doctor?

See a local doctor
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Since the lesion has ruptured and is bleeding ,the best thing would be to see a local doctor since our prime aim is to stop the bleeding and find the cause of bleeding as well since normal freckles do not bleed .
