Dear Ms XXXXXXX
Going by description of your symptoms, the cause of itchy rash is likely to be Intertrigonitis (fungal infection of skin folds ). The lump is likely to be due to secondary bacterial infection of skin and hair follicle. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination.
It would be very helpful if you could provide me with clinical photograph for further assessment and advise.
Awaiting your response
Take care

Brief Answer:
It is due to fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms
Thanks for providing the clinical picture. The rash is definitely due to fungal infection. The bump is due to secondary bacterial infection.
I would suggest you the following
1. Keep the area clean and dry
2. local application of antifungal and steroid ointment will be helpful in relieving the symptoms
3. If the lump persist , do consult your Physician as it could be due to abscess formation
4. Regular twice daily shovering and applying antifungal dusting powder after that will help
5. If the itching is intense then anti-histamine can be used
Take Care
