What Causes Itchy Scalp After Using Mintop Forte?

Question: I am using mintop forte 5% solution for male pattern baldness.It was working fine for last two months without any problem but suddenly my scalp has started severe itching problem .I am also observing a bit of pain in my scalp.So i stoped using mintop ,since my scalp is dry a applied a bit of oil which gave me a lot of relief.Please guide me .

You can use an aloe Vera based minoxidil.

Dear sir thanku for ur esteemed guidance.I am using dr reddy's5% mintop solution.Is androagen available in solution and by which manufacturer and what % should be used? Further please advice me about its possible sideeffects.with use of mintop my hairfall has decreased since 2months.Although genetic my cousins are not losing hairs they hv wonderful volume of hairs
Please advice me what else can be done to get a good volume of hair i don't want to b bald.Further i hv 1bott mintop with me can i use it before switching to androagen.

Androanagen doesn't have side effect.
For now you must use a steroid lotion to control itch.
Desonide lotion can help you with that.
Also take an antihistamine tablet.
