What Causes Jaw Pain And Chest Pain With Invisalign Braces?
Question: I have Invisiline braces that I have had for a few months and have not had any jaw pain, however recently (last couple of weeks) I have had severe jaw pain (both sides) and it radiates down into center of my chest, approximately just above the nipple line. Lasts for a few minutes then subsides. It is intermittent. Just a few minutes ago pain radiated down left arm to hand, which was new.
Sometimes its just jaw pain or jaw pain and chest, but never chest pain alone. Should I go to the ER?

Brief Answer:
Possible angina, go to ER, further tests needed...
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
I have gone through your medical history and understood your concerns.
Your symptoms (pain) might be related to angina, therefore, further cardiac tests are needed :
- ECG
- cardiac echo
- stress test
Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed. Once again, you should have the tests run as soon as possible together with cardiologist consultation.
To my opinion, you should go to ER immediately and then can schedule other cardiac tests.
Hope it helped! Wish fast recovery!
