Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to the forum.
I can understand your concern for the knots on the scrotal region. After analyzing the query with complete diligence I would keep the first possibility of simple sebaceous cysts of the scrotal area. It is quite common to find such kind of cysts in persons of your age.
These are simple proliferation of the oil glands which forms whitish knot like structure.
The other possibility is of Angiokeratoma which are proliferation of the small blood vessels. These appears as small bluish or red colored knots on the scrotal area.
Any of these structures have got no relation in affecting the potency or erection. In view to confirm the same and guide you best I request you to kindly upload few good resolution pictures of the affected area. For that you have a feature on the right side of the page or alternatively you can send your pictures at

Knots inside teh scrotum should be removed at the earliest.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
Welcome back and thanks a lot for your further follow up with details. In your case as these are not present over the skin so the possibility of both Angiokeratoma or sebaceous cysts is out.
As the knots are inside the scrotal skin so appears to be related basically to internal structure most commonly to the testicular area. These kind of knots should be removed at the earliest. I suggest you to meet a surgeon and get yourself examined for the same.
Do nto try to pinch or pop or self examine the knots as can get inflamed and cause further complication.
