I am XXXXXXX Need your advice.
From past few days I am feeling low in energy.
suffered from severe headache, vomiting and fever a couple of days ago.
This happens once in a month or sometimes twice.
Want to get rid of this.

As of now you seem to be suffering from a viral infection. However you should get your thyroid profile checked. Please let me know the reports and I will guide you accordingly. As of now take paracetamol for fever and headache. Take some antiemetic like ondansetron for vomiting. Take ORS (Oral rehydration solution). Please be patient and it should be fine soon.
