What Causes Lack Of Menstruation, Severe Stomach Pain Along With Back Pain?

XXXX
Dysmenorrhea likely.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Since your wife had delayed periods after three months it is common to have a pain in the abdomen and back during the periods due to dysmenorrhea.
As far as treating pain is concerned, I would suggest you to consult a gynecologist for physical examination. Following evaluation, he/she can prescribe you antispasmodic drug which can prevent pain.
An ultrasound scan is also needed to rule out any ovarian cysts.
In the mean time, home measures such as hot compresses over the lower abdomen and massages can help. Over the counter analgesics such as ibuprofen can be useful on some occasions.
She can continue taking spasmochoice and Omez.
Be assured it is not a serious problem and will be redressed by assurance and proper treatment.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

The pain receded at 7:00 in morning and she was able to sleep after that. We went to gynecologist in the evening and she suggested ultrasound. ultrasound showed two stones of 7 mm and 11 mm in gall bladder. She suggested to immediately get admitted for 5 days and started medication , prescription and report is attached. she suggested only liquid diet as gall bladder is swollen. she has suggested to get it operated. kindly look at the reports and prescription and advise as to what all options do we have. Kindly help.

Surgical removal is best for her.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Your wife is having an infection in the gall bladder with two calculi. It is best to get these surgically removed. The medicines are given only for a temporary relief.
In case the surgery is not done such pain episodes cam again happen in future. Currently she is getting the right treatment.
Hope my answer is helpful.
