What Causes Large Bruise On Right Upper Hand

Question: I got a large bruise on my right upper hand. Totally unexplained, I didn't hit myself, it showed up totally unexprected. It doesn't hurt but it looks bad and it seems to get larger

I have uploaded 2 pictures of the back of my hand that I took myself. I hope you can see something

Hi
I have seen the attached pictures.
You surely seem to have developed a bruise.
Such a bruise mostly follows any kind of trauma ,but you seemingly have not had any injury to the hand.
Even insect bite reactions can present with development of sudden bruise like lesions.
You can apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone over the affected area twice daily for three to four days . Insect bite reactions tend to respond to steroid treatment .
If however ,the lesion tends to persist or increase ,then see a nearby doctor so that concerned investigations can be done for unexplained bruise development.
