What Causes Large Lump On Left Calf Muscle?

Question: Hello
Last night I found that I have on my left leg a Palm size Bump its on my left Calf Muscle No Bruising or I have not Banged my leg. its not painful at all either. Could it be nothing?

After reviewing it , in my opinion you should schedule an appointment with your surgeon so that it can be properly dealt. It appear most probably a lipoma....its not an emergency condition.
Stay calm and meet your surgeon.
