MORE LIKELY TO BE BOWEL ISSUE
Detailed Answer:
I think it is more likely to be a bowel issue.
This is because the pain is intermittent, and you have slight diarrhoea also, could be the beginning of a bowel infection ( enteritis ).
Just take an antispasmodic, take lots of fluids, stick to bland broth or soup.
If it worsens, let me know.
I think it should be alright in a day or two as your bowel gets better.
Take a hot water bottle to bed after taking an antispasmodic.

Now the pain is almost gone, but now I have the urge to urinate, a lot but not much comes out

Drink lots of water, and cranberry juice.
If there is burning in urination, extreme urgency or pain during urination, get a complete urine routine microscopic examination and a urine culture test done to rule out urinary tract infection.
