What Causes Left-sided Swelling After A Laparoscopic Hysterectomy?

I think no need to go if no concomitant symptoms exist.
Detailed Answer:
Dr. Hanif warmly Welcomes you!
Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns.
It happens in such cases sometimes. The swellings on both sides don't subside symmetrically together. But it goes away definitely with time. If you don't have mild to high grade fever, or other signs of infection, no need to go to the ER. You need rest more than ER then. If infection is suspected and you feel aforementioned symptoms, then yes, you need to go to ER. Such swellings subside at their own without typical intervention needed. Take plenty of fluids and fresh fruit juices. Take Ensure active clear protein drinks to revitalize and heal up early.
I suggest you to stick to the postoperative medications. If not on list, you may take Ibuprofen and Serratiopeptidase for inflammation and swelling relief.
Have a wonderful time ahead. Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have any further clinical concerns. I will be happy to get back to you shortly. If satisfied here, please give a five star rating and don't forget to close the discussion.
Regards!
