Brief Answer: Need detailed hostory. Detailed Answer: Hi, thanks for using HCM. I need some more details about your symptoms to help you in a better way. 1. Is it causing severe discomfort 2. Is it associated with leg swelling, redness or skin changes 3. Is it associated with muscle weakness 4. how frequently do you get it 5. Do they improve with self-care 6. Are they associated with an obvious cause, such as strenuous exercise 7. When is it more during night or day time? 8. Are you on any medications? Most muscle cramps are harmless, common causes are overuse of a muscle, dehydration, muscle strain or simply holding a position for a prolonged period of time may result in a muscle cramp. There are few medications conditions which result in cramps like nerve compression, reduced blood supply etc.. Awaiting your reply... Regards
